Coaching Packages

Michael offers two coaching packages:

Leadership Coaching

  • Bi-weekly meetings focused on critical areas of interest and discovery, as well as accountability support with goal achievement
  • Personal Leadership Assessment options/debrief reviews (ELI, EQ, PQ, MBTI, DiSC, Gallup Clifton Strengths, LCP, GCI) to expand perspective and clarify focus
  • Robust Leadership Growth Development Plan, to accelerate leadership capabilities & achievement of goals
  • On-Call Communications, when needed

Investment: $2,500 (3 months/9 sessions)

Michael offers additional services and packages available for nonprofits and start-ups.

Executive Coaching (C-Suite) 

The Executive Coaching Package includes everything from Leadership Coaching plus: 

  • Executive Assessments (ELI/360, EQ/360, Launch 360) to enable the focus of engagement; you can define the type of assessment that will be meaningful to you
  • Customized 360 Interviews and Insight Report
  • 3-Month Follow-Up Session
  • Group/Team Coaching and Learning Sessions/Meeting Facilitation (available as an additional service)
